AI Product Manager

Compensation Range: $80-90/hr W2
Job Description:
Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise AI products from concept through deployment ensuring solutions are strategically aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Intake and manage enterprise AI/ML use cases
-
Define strategy and roadmaps for AI products
-
Partner with executive leadership on communication and planning
-
Oversee end-to-end AI solution lifecycle (data, models, deployment, monitoring)
-
Lead onboarding of new LLM tools and AI initiatives
-
Help establish guardrails, governance, and success metrics
-
Support Agile delivery (Jira, Confluent, Azure)
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report directly to a senior executive
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
8–10 years of experience in data/AI product management
-
Experience managing data and AI as enterprise products
-
Proven success in large, complex organizations
-
Strong understanding of Azure, model serving, and production ML lifecycle
-
Executive-facing communication skills (C-suite, board-level presentations)
-
Experience with agentic tools or large language model (LLM) onboarding
-
Strategic thinker who can work independently

Nice-to-Haves:
-
Exposure to Kubernetes, OCR, recommender systems

Prior experience supporting multiple AI/ML teams
-
Familiarity with Jira and Confluent
-
Experience in business transformation or revenue-driving AI projects
