Job Description:

The Details Shift: 3rd Shift (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM). Schedule: 4 days per week (Set schedule once confirmed). Environment: Cold-storage kitchen (29°F-34°F). Must be comfortable working full shifts in a refrigerated setting. What You'll Do Prep & Portion: Assist with ingredient prep in the cold zone. Stage: Organize items on trays for cooking and packaging. Flow: Transfer finished products to racks and cold storage. Safety: Maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards.
