You’ll be a trusted advisor to our site leaders and a key partner for employees, helping to shape the employee experience through real-time coaching, smart HR processes, and collaborative problem-solving. What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner closely with production leaders to advise on employee relations, team development, and retention strategies.

• Support hiring and onboarding of hourly production staff—from job posting and interviews to new hire orientation.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies while maintaining accurate employee records.

• Champion employee engagement by organizing recognition programs and collaborating with local stakeholders.

• Lead local HR operations including absence management, benefits support, and handling sensitive employee cases with care and discretion.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or a related field or 5+ years of similar experience in a manufacturing environment in lieu of degree.

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR or similar role, preferably in a production or industrial setting.

• Strong relationship-building and coaching skills , with the ability to earn trust and influence at all levels.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset , with solid understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.

• Confidence navigating HR systems , handling employee inquiries, and supporting training and engagement initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000- $80,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including role-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
