Sushi Dokku is looking for a friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven Server to join our team. We're seeking someone who can confidently manage a large section while delivering exceptional service with a smile.
We're looking for someone who is:
A strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage a large station efficiently and stay organized under pressure
Equipped with an excellent memory and strong attention to detail
Experienced with the Toast POS system (preferred)
A true team player who supports fellow staff members whenever needed
Knowledgeable about Japanese food and beverages, or eager to continue learning
A skilled salesperson who enjoys enhancing the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations
Passionate about Japanese cuisine, culture, and hospitality
