Join Our Payer Services Practice
Our Payer Services team is dedicated to serving payers, including regional health plans, provider-sponsored health plans, and other risk-bearing entities. We also support health systems, hospitals, medical groups, and other providers seeking to launch or grow their own health plans.
Payer Services offers a broad range of consulting solutions tailored to the evolving needs of our clients. Our strength lies in combining robust data and analytical capabilities with deep subject matter expertise to solve multifaceted challenges across the healthcare landscape.
We assist our payer clients primarily in the four areas below.
Competitive Positioning : We utilize advanced analytical models and proprietary datasets to evaluate how our clients are reimbursing providers compared to competitors. We then identify opportunities to position their business more effectively in the markets they serve.
Strategic Growth : We advise health plan executives on market expansion strategies, membership growth, new-product design, and joint venture opportunities. Our work helps clients navigate regulatory constraints, competitive pressures, and evolving consumer expectations.
Finance : We focus on improving financial performance by addressing revenue optimization, administrative cost containment, risk adjustment accuracy, benefit design, and overall plan margin. Our strategies are designed to strengthen the financial sustainability of our clients’ operations.
Operations : We help clients design, evaluate, and optimize core health plan operations, including claims processing, utilization management, provider network administration, and enrollment workflows. Our team identifies operational inefficiencies, supports technology and vendor assessments, and implements solutions that improve performance, compliance, and member experience.
