TOPS Veterinary Rehab is looking for a Veterinary Rehabilitation Assistant excited to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

As a Veterinary Rehabilitation Assistant, you’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating therapy treatments to support services including admitting and discharging patients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Effective animal-handling skills required.Obedience or animal handling training is a plus

• Be passionate about what you do

• Be willing to communicate effectively

• Compassionately care for our client and their pets

• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, crouch for long periods of time and lift and/or carry animals of various sizes

• Flexible availability including, evenings and Saturdays

• Preferred: Certification or eligible for certification in Veterinary Rehabilitation or experience in veterinary rehabilitation. We are willing to train a candidate with a strong foundation who is driven to grow and develop more technical skills
