Brand management analyst

Marsh McLennan
Chicago, IL

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Brand Management team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in our Chicago or New York office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in driving Employer Brand Marketing campaigns and brand initiatives that bring our Colleague Value Proposition to life. Working closely with experienced Brand Managers, you’ll craft compelling content that resonates with prospective candidates, analyze campaign performance, and help optimize our marketing strategies for maximum impact.

We will count on you to:

  • Elevate our Colleague Value Proposition through brand awareness efforts such as crafting engaging careers blogs, social media content, and managing projects under the Brand Manager’s supervision.
  • Support the Brand Manager with social media campaigns through content gathering, project coordination, copy editing, and cross-team collaboration—while staying ahead of emerging media trends to extend our reach.
  • Analyze employer brand marketing metrics and campaign data to guide job board investments, assess ROI, and inform strategy through scorecards and quarterly reports.
  • Monitor and maintain firm-wide job feeds and talent networks to identify trends and enhance employer brand perception.
  • Develop and maintain training materials to document campaign processes and best practices.

What you need to have:

  • A passion for social media and storytelling.
  • Experience with campaign analysis and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and data visualization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with general supervision.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience in brand management or marketing project support.
  • Knowledge of training material development and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present analytical findings and recommendations.

Why join our team:

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have an impact on colleagues, clients and communities.
  • Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
