Key Responsibilities
Assess current production, logistics, quality, and operations performance vs future targets
Conduct:
Time studies & cycle time analysis
Capacity analysis (machines, workforce)
Material flow mapping & min/max analysis
Redesign:
Workstations
Material flow & layouts
Drive shop-floor transformation initiatives
Work cross-functionally with:
Operations
Logistics
Maintenance
Internal suppliers
Lead end-to-end project execution (owning critical path)
Identify gaps (quality, equipment, material) & implement mitigation plans
Develop data dashboards (Power BI / Power Apps / Ignition) for tracking performance
Work hands-on on shop floor (data capture, validation, improvements)
Influence stakeholders without direct authority
Capacity Planning (MOST critical)
Project Management
Lean Manufacturing / Manufacturing 4.0 Core Technical Skills
Strong understanding of:
Manufacturing processes & standards
Tooling & workstation design
Material flow optimization
Data & analytics:
Power BI
Power Apps
Ignition (or similar tools)
Ability to convert production data into actionable dashboards
Experience in continuous improvement / gap analysis
Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle ambiguity and drive change Soft Skills / Leadership Traits
Mature leader (not a junior profile)
Strong influencer (works without direct reporting authority)
Hands-on and proactive

Bachelor’s degree required (Mechanical / Industrial preferred)
Experience:
8–10 years (Bachelor’s)
Master’s acceptable but must still have relevant industry experience (7-8 yrs)
Must have prior manufacturing/industrial experience (non-negotiable) Disqualifiers
Freshers / entry-level candidates
Candidates without industrial/manufacturing experience
Profiles with only academic knowledge (no real plant exposure) Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with alternative manufacturing analytics tools
Experience in high-volume or heavy industrial environments
