We’re looking for a production-minded CNC pro who brings precision and pride to every setup and cycle. You’ll help create a clean, efficient, and collaborative environment that delivers consistent quality and fosters stability and growth.

Schedule and compensation

Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM–12:30 AM)
Salary: $24–$30/hour

How you’ll make an impact

• Own your ERP entries by logging time and job data accurately
• Translate work orders, flow sheets, and part drawings into efficient setups
• Verify blueprint dimensions using manual gauges
• Load and validate tools/fixtures; fabricate simple fixtures as needed
• Pull material from staging and verify per WOPAC
• Set up and run 3-axis mills; execute basic 2-axis lathe operations
• Upload/download CNC programs from programmer to machine
• Align vices and precisely locate fixture centers
• Produce and submit first article and final inspections to Quality Assurance
• Run production parts and perform in-process inspections
• Keep your area organized with 5S; perform daily and monthly PM on machines
• Collaborate with your Supervisor to keep jobs on schedule
• Support all safety and quality system requirements; take on additional duties
• This is a safety-sensitive position

What you need to succeed

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic ERP fluency
• At least 5 years’ experience across CNC machining, blueprint reading, manual inspection gauges, and CNC program editing/writing
• Strong math foundation; trigonometry preferred
• Comfort standing for extended periods

Compensation clarity

The base pay range is $24–$30. The offer considers role scope and responsibilities, your experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, and market/business conditions. If approved to work outside the posted location, geographic adjustments may be applied based on the specific city and state.
