Ensemble HRG is a back-office support powerhouse. We take over the mission-critical operations that determine an operator's survival: AR, AP, accounting, marketing, treasury and more.
We were born out of Symphony Care Network, leveraging their 40-year legacy of operational excellence to build a "business-in-a-box" for the rest of the industry. Since 2022, we have proven the model by scaling from 7 to 40+ facilities, supporting 4,500 beds and $350M+ in revenue. We have doubled in size every year by handling the back office so owners can focus on care.
The Role
We are looking for a Sales Specialist who doesn’t just "know" the industry, but has lived it. You are a peer to the owners and operators we serve. You will lead the charge in bringing in new multi-facility clients across skilled nursing and assisted living, positioning Ensemble as the number one partner for operators.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and book meetings with senior care operators, with a focus on the Midwest.
- Represent Ensemble at major conferences (NIC, ECAP, LeadingAge) and state healthcare associations.
- Maintain a clean CRM and provide transparent activity reports to leadership.
What Makes You a Fit
- You are a former Administrator or Regional Director, have the experience to be credible, and the drive to "hunt."
- You can walk into a room of ten people and leave with three solid follow-ups. You have a relentless follow-up game.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and onsite meetings as required.
