Healthcare United is seeking an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join a large and well-supported primary care network in Northern Illinois. This position is 100 percent outpatient and offers a flexible schedule within a collaborative environment supported by specialists and advanced practice providers. • Join an established primary care team with strong specialty support

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
