Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Evanston, IL 60202

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Evanston, Illinois

Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. On-call requirements include every third weekend and at least 16 on-call shifts per 6-week period. 30-minute on-call response time required. Assignment duration is 91 days.

Highlights:

• Deliver exceptional patient care to adult and geriatric populations throughout cardiovascular procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians in a dynamic procedural environment, providing continuous patient status updates
• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with real-time assessment
• Participate in quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes
• Work with a dedicated cardiovascular team in a well-equipped Cardiac Cath Lab setting

Requirements:

• Active Illinois Registered Nursing (RN) license required
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab performing cardiac procedures or in a Critical Care environment required
• Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certification required upon hire and must maintain current status
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Ability to respond within 30 minutes when on call
