Recruitment Coordinator (Chicago)
We are hiring a Campus Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) in Chicago.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in breaking into recruiting and gaining exposure to campus hiring within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
In this role, you will support day-to-day campus recruiting operations and play a key part in ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and recruiting activities
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data in the ATS
- Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process
- Assist with resume review and initial application screening
- Support the planning and execution of campus recruiting events
- Send and track candidate assessments
- Compile recruiting metrics and assist with reporting
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the recruiting team
What we’re looking for:
- 0–2 years of experience; strong interest in recruiting or HR
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-starter with a “no task too small” mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Key Details:
- Contract opportunity (ASAP or May start through late 2026)
- Onsite in Chicago, Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- $30–$35/hour
- 2–3 step interview process
