Im currently in my sixth year as a State Farm agent, with a total of eight years of experience with the company. Before opening my agency, I worked for a State Farm agent in Springfield, and prior to that grew up in the car business experiences that shaped my relationship-driven approach and appreciation for teamwork. Our office is home to eight team members, and we truly operate like a small family. We prioritize training and development, believe strongly in promoting from within, and make time to connect through regular team lunches and outings. Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through events such as Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicagos Annual NeighborWorks Day. We offer a competitive compensation structure and we reimburse licensing costs after 6 months of successful employment. - Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
