Job Overview

Role Overview:
As a Stock/Receiver Utility team member, you’ll be the backbone of our back-of-house operations, ensuring supplies and ingredients flow efficiently from our commissary to the kitchen. In this fast-paced, physically demanding role, your ability to stay organized, move quickly, and handle heavy loads will directly support the smooth operation of our culinary team.
Responsibilities:

• Receive, load, transport, and restock inventory from the commissary to designated kitchen or storage areas.
• Lift, carry, and organize heavy boxes, bins, and containers (up to 75 lbs).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage spaces, walk-ins, and delivery areas.
• Communicate with kitchen and management staff to prioritize stock deliveries and inventory needs.
• Accurately track stock movement and assist in inventory control.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during transport and storage.
• Operate equipment like carts and dollies safely and efficiently.
• Support the team with additional utility tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in receiving, stock handling, or utility roles preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy items throughout your shift.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to navigate multiple kitchen and storage locations efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Flexible to work either 7:00 AM–1:00 PM or 8:00 AM–2:00 PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
