Estate Planning Attorney for Growing Company in Lisle
Growing law firm in Lisle seek an Estate Planning Attorney to join their team. The firm offers a mentoring culture and an opportunity to advise clients on wealth transfer, legacy planning, and related legal matters. This role requires estate planning capabilities, excellent client communication, and the ability to manage sophisticated planning strategies with precision.

- Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents.
- Advise clients on probate avoidance strategies, trust administration, gifting, and business succession planning.
- Counsel individuals and families on asset protection and long-term estate planning objectives.
- Work closely with accountants, financial advisors, trustees, and family office representatives to support comprehensive planning.
- Interpret and apply relevant tax, probate, trust, and property laws.
- Manage client matters from initial consultation through document execution and follow-up.
- Support clients with trust and estate administration issues as needed.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide practical, responsive legal guidance.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in IL.
- 3+ years of estate planning experience in a law firm or private practice setting.
- Demonstrated experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents.
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, trusts, probate, and related tax considerations.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and meet deadlines.
