What You’ll Do

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
• Verify tolerances and document inspection results
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Assist with internal audits and quality documentation
• Maintain inspection equipment calibration records
• Support ISO/AS quality standards (if applicable)
• Promote 5S and quality-first mindset on the floor

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
• Experience in CNC machining or aluminum manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP systems (Global Shop or similar a plus)

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the salary pay range for this role is $24- $28 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
