Technical Support Rep Needed
EP Technology Corporation is looking for a motivated individual who has a technical and customer service background to add to our team. If you have a technical aptitude, good people skills, and good problem solving skills then this is your chance to start a career at a young and flourishing company.
Primary Duties:
*Network set up and troubleshooting
*Troubleshooting and configuring surveillance equipment
*Fielding general customer questions and concerns
*Completing sales transactions over the phone
Primary Qualifications:
*Associate's Degree
*Minimum 2 years customer service experience
*Computer skills – esp. network devices and internet use
*Ability to speak Spanish strongly preferred
This position is based in our Champaign, IL headquarters in the Interstate Research Park. EP Technology offers company-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance and a retirement plan with a 3% company match after 30 days of employment. EP pays for 100% of the employee premium!
