information, please see:The Influencer and Culture Marketing arm of a global agency is seeking
multiple Influencer Marketing Directors at varying levels (Director, Senior Director, Executive Director) to be a key strategic partner to account leads and cross-functional teams, bringing creative, culturally relevant influencer strategies to life for top-tier healthcare and consumer brands.This is a full time role that requires going onsite 2 days per week,
ideally to the NYC office but this client is also open to candidates in Chicago, Boston, or LA who can commute to those local offices.Director, Influencer Marketing Responsibilities:\
- Interpret client briefs to develop insight-driven influencer
- Collaborate closely with creative and analytics teams to integrate
- Develop compelling, integrated influencer plans using a mix of earned,
- Oversee execution of complex influencer programs, including sourcing,
- Bring a trend-forward, culturally relevant lens to all work constantly
- Contribute to agency thought leadership by identifying influencer and
- Serve as a mentor and coach to junior and mid-level team members,
- Provide senior-level strategic counsel to clients and agency partners
- Lead development of influencer POVs and proactive recommendations that
- Act as a subject matter expert in planning sessions, brainstorms, and
- Support business growth efforts by contributing to proposals,
Director, Influencer Marketing Requirements:\
- 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related strategic
-Must have experience working on pharma clients and HCP influencer
campaigns.\- Proven success building and executing influencer campaigns that drive
- Experience across earned, paid, and shared influencer strategies
- Strong client communication skills and comfort presenting to both
- Experience managing influencer marketing tools (e.g., CreatorIQ,
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing, compliance requirements, and
- Ability to lead and inspire junior talent while also rolling up your
- Adept at translating insights and cultural trends into smart, scalable
- Collaborative and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced environment and
- Passionate about talent and influencer storytelling especially in the
