Health Services Assistant

Compensation
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this positio n is $33,630 - $42,030.00 . Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.
Join Our Team as a Health Services Assistant !
The Health Services Administrator provides administrative, operational, and programmatic support to the Health Services department. This role ensures efficient clinic operations, supports emergency response activities, coordinates employee health surveillance programs, manages workers’ compensation processes, and maintains regulatory compliance .
Essential Functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Emergency response coordination and medical supply readiness
- Daily clinic operations, employee intake, documentation, and chart management
- Administration of surveillance and annual programs, including respiratory, vision, hearing, and flu
- Workers’ compensation claims support, tracking, invoicing, and reporting
- Return-to-work coordination and physician documentation
- Vision program and safety eyewear administration
- Office and clinic supplies procurement and inventory management
- Wellness programs and annual blood pressure clinics support
- OSHA, WC, utilization, and finance reporting
- Continuous improvement and Lean/5S initiatives Other responsibilities as assigned
Education & Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or healthcare administration experience preferred
- Experience in occupational health, healthcare administration, or workers’ compensation
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and medical records management
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Work Environment
On-site clinic and office environment with frequent interaction with employees, medical staff, and leadership.
