Ophthalmologist - Partnership track, patient base to assume

MD/OD ophthalmology group is seeking a new associate on a partnership track. While the primary surgical focus will be cataracts, the practice is open to hiring a comprehensive ophthalmologist or a cornea or glaucoma fellowship trained ophthalmologist. The new associate will not see any retina patients give the practice has retina coverage.
The practice enjoys keeping up with newer diagnostic and surgical technology. Decisions within the practice are heavily driven by data that is continually collected. The practice enjoys a robust referral network and ODs within the group who focus mostly on primary care. A new associate should be able to build surgical volume quickly given the current backlog of patients and ODs externally and internally. The patient base of the practice does elect for premium lenses and a current surgeon can offer mentorship on these types of patients. Clinic volumes are kept very manageable, all techs within the practice are certified, and a new associate can have a scribe. This group has managed to keep all of its staff due and has historically had very little turnover in staff, the group works hard to keep their staff happy.
Compensation in the practice will be a generous base salary with a production bonus both are above market. Partnership is planned to be offered on a 2 year track.

Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

Open to 2022 residents and fellows
