Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk entail:
- Make outbound calls to collect on past due invoices
- Contact customers regarding all Not Sufficient Funds (NSF) checks
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Respond to all inquiries through the customer service email inbox
- Maintain appropriate communication between all departments within the company
- Coordinate with others in the accounts receivable department to troubleshoot as necessary
- Manage time effectively and efficiently
- Cross train through all duties in the accounts receivable department
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements
Requirements to be an Accounts Receivable Clerk:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 10 pounds
Salary Description
$20.25 - $23.25 / Hour
