Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct Occupational Therapy services to students, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation needs
• Develop individualized goals, plans, and progress reports as part of the IEP team
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support classroom adaptations and student success
• Maintain documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements
• Attend meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student
