Is this you?
- Do you instinctively translate S&OP signals into executable, multi-site schedules?
- Can you simulate capacity with precision—labor, machines, materials—and highlight risk before it becomes reality?
- Are you fluent in ERP/MRP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and energized by building data integrity across BOMs, parameters, and work orders?
- Do you love using Power BI and SQL to improve forecast accuracy, model constraints, and lead data-driven reviews?
What you’ll do
- Translate business forecasts and S&OP into a master production schedule that spans multiple sites and product lines.
- Validate incoming orders for capacity, materials, and design readiness to protect customer commitments and on-time delivery.
- Lead capacity planning and publish forward-looking capacity reports with clear risk visibility and mitigation plans.
- Administer production work orders and sustain ERP/MRP accuracy across inventory, BOMs, planning parameters, and product lifecycle.
- Monitor key metrics: on-time start/completion/delivery, lead-time adherence, aging orders, labor and material variances.
- Perform root cause analysis on deviations from plan; implement Lean/Kaizen improvements that optimize flow and reduce inventory.
- Align raw material supply plans with demand in partnership with Purchasing and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Embed NPI launches into plans, coordinating timelines and readiness with engineering, quality, and operations.
- Design KPIs and lead monthly performance reviews using Power BI, SQL, and ERP reporting to mitigate risk and improve outcomes.
What you’ll bring
- Must be able to work on government contracts directly or access shared data resources
- 7+ years of Supply Chain or Production Planning/Scheduling experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Expert-level ERP/MRP capability (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Preferred experience planning across multiple sites or globally
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing data flow from design through shipment
- Influence and collaboration skills across all levels and functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven continuous improvement mindset
- Business model literacy and the ability to tailor planning/execution accordingly
Preferred extras
- APICS CPIM or CSCP
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline
- Exposure to regulated, lot-controlled, or clean room manufacturing
- Lean and Visual Factory training/experience
