Position: PEGA Developer
Location: Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job description:
- 12+ years of experience in IT application solution design, and development
- Expertise in commercial insurance Underwriting Systems supporting policy life cycle from intake to issuance.
- Expertise in implementing large scale enterprise application using PEGA products or custom-made development.
- Expertise in development of high performant and secure APIs
- Good understanding of commercial insurance industry trends and tools available in market to improve Underwriting System efficiency.
- Experience with enterprise application integration methodologies – queue based, API based, and file-based integrations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Expertise in development using Pega UX frameworks (Theme Cosmos)
- Experience / knowledge in Pega Constellation
Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution design and development of enterprise applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Create and maintain detailed design documents, including class structures, data models, and process flows.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
