We are currently seeking an incredible General Manager for our Fulton Market location! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a dynamic floor presence, excellent leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in others

What we're looking for:

• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• At least three years of experience in a General Manager role for a high-volume restaurant
• Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant 365, Dolce)
• Food Handler’s Certification from the Department of Health
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead
• Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions
• Strong leadership abilities (clear vision, active listening, assertive communication, empathetic and responsive)
• A good sense of humor
• Must be at least 18 years old
