Percipience Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to support a client in Glendale Heights, IL . This position offers consistent weekday morning hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in someone’s daily life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Light housekeeping related to client care (laundry, tidying)
• Medication reminders and basic condition monitoring
• Follow the client’s care plan and agency guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to Glendale Heights
• Ability to pass background check and health screening
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
