About The Role:
We are a self-clearing FCM based in the Chicago Board of Trade, combining institutional infrastructure with an entrepreneurial culture. We are seeking experienced commodity brokers to join us as we execute an aggressive growth plan to scale our broker network and double revenue during this pivotal expansion phase focused on revenue growth and broker network scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Broker Recruitment: Directly recruit experienced producers aligned with a high-growth, autonomous, equity-participation platform
- Technology & Infrastructure: Continue investing in trading, risk management, and client service systems
What We’re Looking For:
- 10-20+ years of commodity futures brokerage experience
- Series 3 licensed; NFA registered and in good standing
- Proven client relationships; portable book of business preferred
- Background serving commercial hedgers, agricultural producers, CTAs, or institutional clients
- Expertise in one or more asset classes: agriculture, energy, metals, financial futures, options, and OTC hedging solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and growing a platform
- Motivated by advancement beyond a traditional brokerage role
- Strong client relationship management and leadership potential
