Position Contributions

This role will manage and oversee 6-8 digital support projects and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business partners.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage day-to-day execution of 6-8 Digital Support projects.

Lead client relationship management activities for assigned customers.

Coordinate onboarding and transition activities for new support initiatives.

Monitor support performance and identify trends through data analysis.

Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews for stakeholders.

Track project risks, issues, action items, budgets, and scope changes.

Identify opportunities for service expansion and support scope enhancements.

Manage project budgets, quarterly reviews, and annual quote refreshes.

Coordinate customer and dealer complaint resolution efforts.

Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder communications.

Participate in quarterly Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.

Develop executive-level presentations and stakeholder status updates.

Typical Day

This role combines project management, account management, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities may include:

Reviewing support performance metrics and dashboards.

Managing customer escalations and support-related issues.

Conducting stakeholder meetings and business reviews.

Coordinating onboarding efforts for new applications.

Identifying risks and recommending process improvements.

Building executive-level PowerPoint presentations and status reports.

Collaborating with support teams, product owners, and business leaders.

Managing multiple priorities across several active support engagements.

Every day presents new challenges, requiring strong organizational skills, relationship management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience maintaining project schedules, risk logs, issue logs, and status reporting.

Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends.

Experience supporting customer service, support operations, or managed services environments.

Experience within a contact center or customer support organization.

Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.

PMP Certification preferred.

Exposure to digital products, software support, or technology organizations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00/hr.
