Data Entry Specialist
LaSalle Network is hiring a Data Entry Specialist for a respected insurance organization in Lake Forest. This hybrid Data Entry Specialist opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and enjoys detailed work.
What’s the job?
Perform high-volume data entry within internal systems
Process incoming mail and distribute documentation
Maintain and update account and eligibility records
Support billing-related administrative functions
Review and respond to account update emails
Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate recordkeeping
What’s needed?
High school diploma required; college preferred
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to learn new systems and follow structured processes
Driven, eager to learn and comfortable with high-volume work
Insurance or healthcare terminology familiarity is a plus
