CMT provides planning, environmental, design, and construction observation phase services on projects in all four of these groups and more, which range from simple to complex.

What you will do

• Support a variety of engineering, planning, or corporate projects
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas
• Developing technical reports and presenting collaborative ideas
• Be open to feedback and professional growth
• Engineering new grads: assist with planning preparation & field visits alongside experienced engineers
• Corporate new grads: Support process improvement and team collaboration within business units
  
  

Here Is What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or your technical field is required.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in the field, as needed, for engineering roles.
• Possession of a current and valid driver's license to travel to field sites, as needed, for engineering roles.
  
  

Ideally, You Will Also Have

• 0-4 years of Civil Engineering or internship experience related to your field.

The expected compensation range for this position is $72,000-$76,400. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location.
