What You’ll Do

As a Security team member, you’ll be responsible for:

- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons and staff.

- Monitoring the premises to prevent and address any disturbances.

- Checking IDs to ensure compliance with age requirements.

- Responding calmly and professionally to any safety concerns or incidents.

-Keep your immediate work area free of messes.

- Collaborating with the team to uphold a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- At least 1 year of experience in a security or similar role.

-VERY friendly and personable.

- Strong situational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

- A professional and approachable demeanor.

- A commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone at Burwood Tap.
