• Under general supervision, analyzes, prepares, and finalizes moderately complex sales contracts for execution.
• Interacts with account management, sales, finance, and legal staff.
• Applies intermediate skills to the position.
• Adapts procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position.
• May serve as a resource to others in obtaining the resolution of complex contract problems and issues.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

Required:

• Bachelors degree, or the equivalent, and minimum of 3 years of previous industry experience required.
