About the Position
Job Description:
Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit.
Administer medications and treatments safely.
Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff.
Educate patients and families on care and post-discharge instructions.
Respond to patient emergencies as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
Active RN license in [State].
Minimum 1–2 years medical-surgical nursing experience.
BLS/ACLS certification required.
Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
