About the Role

The Stock Room Associate will join the parts department, supporting the machine-building and data center fabrication teams. You’ll be responsible for verifying, labeling, and organizing parts so that production teams have what they need when they need it.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming machined and purchased parts
• Label and organize inventory in proper locations
• Maintain detailed tracking through Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 365
• Pull and deliver parts to the production floor as needed
• Support the assembly and machine-building teams with accurate, on-time parts management

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel (ERP system experience preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a big plus
• Reliable, motivated, and open to overtime opportunities
