Now Hiring: Personable Dental Hygienist (Downers Grove & Naperville)
White Oak Family Dental – Family-Friendly, Patient-Centered, Team-Oriented

We’re looking for a licensed dental hygienist to join our highly collaborative and friendly team at White Oak Family Dental , a privately owned practice with locations in Downers Grove and Naperville . You’ll be stepping into a well-established hygiene schedule, working with patients who value their oral health and with a team that truly supports one another.

Schedule:

• ~32–36 hours/week (split between Downers Grove and Naperville)
• One Saturday/month required
• Consistent schedule with flexibility and support

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive hygiene care: cleanings, scaling, root planing, and polishing
• Take and interpret high-quality digital X-rays
• Assess and communicate oral health needs, treatment recommendations, and preventive care plans
• Administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide (if certified)
• Educate patients on best oral hygiene practices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Eaglesoft
• Partner with the doctor and team to ensure exceptional patient care

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Illinois
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Confident, compassionate communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Proficient in digital charting and radiography (Eaglesoft experience is a plus)
• Team player who’s flexible, reliable, and organized

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $43–$50/hour , based on experience, certifications, and performance
• Health insurance (eligibility based on hours worked)
