Compensation: $130,000-$170,000 plus equity. Comprehensive benefits package included.

Minimum Experience Required: 5+ years of backend development experience.

Your Mission: As a Senior Backend Engineer, your expertise will shape our architecture and mentor junior developers. You'll be at the forefront of our technical innovation, ensuring our systems are robust and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems that meet user needs and business requirements.

• Lead technical projects from conception to deployment, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and practices, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of backend development experience with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills.

• Expert knowledge of Python, Go, or Java, with a solid understanding of database design and optimization principles.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture to enhance system modularity and scalability.

• Background in high-traffic applications to ensure performance under load and reliability.
