Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG systems and agentic AI workflows using prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to automate policy binding and claims adjudication.
• Develop autonomous AI agents for tasks like real-time risk scoring and customer query resolution to improve operational efficiency.
• Architect, build, and refine ML and GenAI models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and fraud identification; ensure models meet production performance and reliability standards.
• Deploy and monitor models on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), implement feedback loops, and run A/B testing for continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams; define benchmarks, monitor model drift and bias, and ensure regulatory alignment for insurance workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning or data science, with demonstrable experience leading GenAI projects; insurance or finance domain experience is a strong plus.
• Proven expertise in Python and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks and LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph) and implementing RAG/agentic solutions.
• Experience deploying scalable models to cloud environments and monitoring production performance, including bias/dataset drift mitigation.
• Strong statistical and algorithmic foundations, experience with visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau), and excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Terms

Pay rate: USD 62/hr (W2). This opportunity is structured as a long-term engagement; the role is expected to work on-site in Chicago, IL.
