Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler who is comfortable standing for long periods and enjoys working collaboratively. You will have the opportunity to be cross-trained in various areas, participating in a structured 12-step process.
Responsibilities
- Document received items during the receiving process.
- Perform factory resets by manually pressing a button.
- Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units, identifying repair needs with longer cycle times between 60-90 minutes.
- Execute Wi-Fi tests.
- Perform elevated temperature tests.
- Conduct cosmetic cleaning.
- Perform cosmetic repairs.
- Engage in In Process Quality Control (IPQC).
- Assemble kits.
- Pack out and build pallets, specifically for AT&T kits.
- Prepare items for shipment.
- Scan parts at every step of the process to ensure accuracy.

- Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Hand dexterity.
- Punctuality.
- Experience with assembly, packing, repair, quality inspection.
- Familiarity with soldering, test equipment, RF scanner, computer use, blueprint reading, power tools, and general labor.

Work Environment
Work in a brand-new facility designed specifically for this partnership, featuring a locker area, cafeteria equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. The site is conveniently located near major roads and close to gas stations and restaurants.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
