This role is vital to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our high standards of quality and safety. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and navigating project milestones.
What You’ll Do:
- Help prepare and submit accurate cost estimates.
- Solicit subcontractors and ensure adequate bid coverage for all trades.
- Head up contracting and procurement by writing and issuing all contracts and purchase orders, writing and issuing a memorandum to all contacts outlining specific project requirements and ensuring all subcontractors provide references, financial statements, bank references, trade references and bond information when required.
- Be actively involved in accounting responsibilities that require your input
- Handle project administration by sending out construction sets of drawings to all subcontractors.
- Send out change bulletins to all subcontractors, timely.
- Ensure all change order logs, submittal logs and RFI logs are printed and included in owners’ weekly reports.
- Hold all team members accountable for smooth progress for work activities and paperwork.
- Maintain an Action Items list for all open items discussed. Publish minutes.
- Handle areas of Project Closeout.
What we’re looking for:
- Ten (10) years’ experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction or civil engineering (or related field).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail required.
Position Benefits:
- Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, and retirement.
- Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Travel: Required 10%-25% of the time.
