You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, operations and accounting—ensuring every invoice aligns with contract terms, every discount is accurate and every dollar is accounted for.

What’s the job?

• Prepare and generate complex invoices with multiple line items, discounts and contract-specific pricing

• Manage contract-based billing to ensure invoices align with agreed-upon terms

• Reconcile data across ERP, CRM, job costing and inventory systems

• Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries and discrepancies

• Collaborate with sales, operations and accounting to maintain billing accuracy

• Maintain documentation and support audits and reporting needs

What’s needed?

• 2+ years of experience in complex billing, contract billing or accounts receivable

• Strong understanding of contracts, pricing structures and multi-component billing

• Comfort working in ERP/accounting systems and Excel

• Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Clear, professional communication skills for internal teams and customers

• Ability to work fully onsite in Glenview, IL
