What you'll do:

• Assemble precision mechanical and medical-related components according to prints, work instructions, and specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly prints, and bills of materials.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment to complete assemblies.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Verify component accuracy and identify discrepancies before assembly.
• Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow quality, safety, and cleanliness requirements, including 5S standards.
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

What we are looking for

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background
• Able to work 7:00 am - 3:45 pm OT required as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Previous mechanical assembly, medical device assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Precision assembly or medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience working in a quality-driven manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and specifications.
• Experience using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, scales, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, intricate components.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range for this role is $20 – $25 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
