Job Description

DK Accessories is hiring a Full-Time Route Sales Representative & Delivery Driver based in Schaumburg, IL . This role combines outside sales with product delivery to gas stations and convenience stores within our established service area, which includes the Chicagoland region and surrounding areas of Northern Illinois, Northern Indiana, and Southern Wisconsin .

You will manage your own route, grow sales, deliver merchandise, and maintain in-store displays. This position offers growth potential to transition into a primarily sales-focused role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Route Sales: Manage and grow sales on an assigned route. Build and maintain relationships with store managers and staff.
• Route Management: Plan and manage daily routes within DK Accessories’ service territory to maximize efficiency and sales.
• Delivery: Safely deliver merchandise to gas stations and convenience stores. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Order Check-In: Verify orders with store personnel upon delivery.
• Stocking & Merchandising: Stock and organize products according to company and store guidelines.
• Payment Collection: Collect payments and maintain accurate records.
• Vehicle & Workspace Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle and work area.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday
• Willingness to travel within the Chicagoland area and surrounding regions
• Prior experience in route sales and/or delivery (gas station or convenience store experience preferred)

Compensation

• $42,000 base salary + commission
• Opportunity for advancement into a primarily sales-focused role
