Job Summary

The role supports the client's conveyor-based production line by performing tasks such as cutting rubber products, loading heavy rubber mats, and shredding rubber materials. This role plays a key part in the rubber recycling or manufacturing process, ensuring materials are handled efficiently and safely.

Job Description

They will be following the Client's conveyor process, which includes the following job duties:

• Cut and prepare rubber products according to specifications
• Load rubber mats onto the conveyor line (up too 100 lbs.)
• Operate shredding equipment for rubber processing
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Skills Required

• • Entry-level
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly preferred
  • Must be physically capable of lifting 50-100 lbs
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Education/Training/Certifications

• • No Education Required

Additional Requirements

• • Able to commute
  • Reliable and show up to work on time, every day
  • Must have immediate availability to start
  • Able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Schedule: Day shift: Mon to Fri, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Pay Rate/Salary

• $13.00 - $15.00/hr. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
