JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Projects is responsible for the design, execution, and measurement of enterprise initiatives for ThermFlo and Zonatherm. Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Manager of Enterprise Projects is empowered to drive project and process efficiencies across the organization. The ideal candidate works closely with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure initiatives align with organizational strategy, deliver desired outcomes, and allows for leaders to focus their core functions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads the design and execution of enterprise projects keeping them on schedule, on budget, and adjusting execution based on organizational strategies and external market conditions.
  • Lead cross-departmental standups and meetings to gain buy in from current employees and to drive execution on enterprise projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitates development of ROI / business plans for key initiatives and capital projects and leads activity-based cost analysis and resulting improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborates with executives to determine appropriate business strategies for functional areas and anticipates cross departmental dependencies to ensure project success.
  • Executes and monitors measurements of success that are analyzed, evaluated, and reported to the Executive Leadership Team to quantify the impacts of strategic decisions on company budgets, team effectiveness, and progress on strategic goals.
  • Facilitates effective decision-making using data on complex, large initiatives that have cross-departmental impact on the organization.
  • Participates in regular meetings with the Executive Leadership Team to evaluate organizational barriers to strategic objectives and develops action plans to drive standardization and revenue generation.
  • Acts as subject matter expert in project management best practices and has a high level of familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies.
  • Collaborates with HR on leading educational sessions for managers and employees on subject matter expertise and supports coaching of project leaders to execute on smaller scale initiatives.
  • Provides support and feedback to CEO about organizational issues and objectives and drives key executive team activities and meeting cadences including monthly and quarterly cadence of accountability for ELT.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comprehends and adheres to all safety, quality, and Company guidelines specified in the Employee Handbook, the safety policy manuals, quality procedures or any official Company documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Requires Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Experience : 5 -7 years of experience in business excellence, organizational change, and/or project management with the knowledge of Agile management
  • Reasoning Ability : Demonstrates the use of problem-solving using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent etiquette and verbal communication skills: Ability to listen effectively to understand the needs of internal and external customers. Ability to talk with customers, coworkers, and vendors, and appropriately adjust technical content to meet different audience knowledge.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to operate NetSuite and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, etc.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
  • Other Qualifications: Requires the ability to organize, manage time, and multi-task for maximum efficiency. Must possess exceptional attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must handle confidential information with discretion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Experience: 10+ Years of project and change management experience
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certification preferred

WORK AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Driving Responsibilities: This position requires little travel during regular business hours.
  • Work Environment: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
  • Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. with one (1) hour unpaid lunch.
