Machine Operator – Mundelein, IL

A leading manufacturer in Mundelein, IL is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a clean, safety-focused, and stable work environment.

Location: Mundelein, IL

Pay rate: $18.00–$19.00/hr (based on experience)

Duties:

• Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Inspect and measure parts using hand tools and gauges to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor machines for performance issues and perform basic adjustments or troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Keep work area organized and compliant with safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, or production schedules.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
