What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Ability to motivate and engage direct reports to meet targets
• Minimum 3 years working in chemical manufacturing with supervising direct reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication and detail-oriented required Six Sigma / Lean Training preferred

The salary for this role is $80,000.00- $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
