Thermofoil Cabinet Refacing Technician (Handyman-Friendly Role)

Kitchen Cabinet Guys specializes in laminate kitchen cabinet refacing - delivering high-quality kitchen transformations without full remodels. As demand grows, we’re looking for a skilled Technician or experienced Handyman who’s comfortable working with tools, finishes, and in-home projects.

If you’ve done carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, trim work, or general handyman services, we’re willing to train the right person in thermofoil refacing.

What You’ll Do

• Perform on-site cabinet refacing in residential kitchens
• Prep cabinet surfaces and apply laminate/thermofoil materials
• Install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware
• Use hand tools and power tools (routers, trimmers, drills, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, professional workspace in customers’ homes
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
• Complete jobs efficiently and with attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in handyman work, carpentry, cabinetry, or similar trades
• Comfortable using basic power tools and measuring accurately
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in clean, finished work
• Able to work independently and problem-solve on-site
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in residential environments
• Bilingual is a plus
