Order Processing Specialist
As the Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring timely entry, and maintaining precise records. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal departments to provide exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Order Entry and Verification:
- Receive, review, and accurately enter customer orders into Salesforce.
- Verify order details, quantities, pricing, customer specifics, and resolve any discrepancies before processing.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, such as purchase orders, quotes, etc. are complete and accurate.
- Process monthly renewals, and ensure contracts are updated accordingly.
- Communicate order status updates to Account Managers via phone, email, or chat.
- Address and resolve order discrepancies, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Additional tasks and duties as directed. General office duties as needed.
- High school diploma / GED
- Two years in accounting, account receivables, customer service representative, or closely related experience.
- A Business or financial related degree will be considered in lieu of experience.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, S4/Hana and Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to read, speak, and write English.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette; professional, courteous, and friendly.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Compensation: $45,000 - $56,000
- FLSA: Non-exempt position. (Eligible for Overtime)
- A background check will be required for employment.
- Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST., Monday through Friday. A flexible work schedule can be arranged.
- This position reports directly to the Order Operations Manager.
