About Our Client:
Addison Group is hiring for our client, a well-established nonprofit organization with multiple locations across Chicago. This organization is expanding its healthcare programs and is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs.
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a part-time Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare-focused roles. This individual will partner closely with leadership to support rapid hiring growth, particularly within behavioral health and clinical positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is metrics-driven, and is comfortable managing a high requisition load.
This is a 4–5 month contract opportunity with potential for extension or permanent conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including posting roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Lead intake meetings to define candidate profiles, timelines, and hiring expectations
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare talent to support ongoing growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (UKG preferred)
- Provide consistent hiring updates and progress reports to leadership
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Support additional recruitment-related projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Direct experience recruiting behavioral health professionals, social workers, and/or nurses required
- Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; UKG experience strongly preferred
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and Indeed
- Comfortable working toward hiring metrics and performance goals
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
